About the Workshop
In this session, we are going to be exploring the various roles we play in our lives using Expressive Arts Therapy techniques. Expressive Arts Therapy is the intermodal use of art, music, movement and drama. The session aims to create a space of expression, colours and lots of imaginative play!
What to expect?
The day will start with introductory games, followed by art interventions and sharing circles for reflection. The session will facilitate you to have a look at the self through creative channels of expression.
